WWE Asks to Dismiss MLW Lawsuit

WWE filed a motion this week to dismiss the current antitrust lawsuit filed in early 2022 by Court Bauer and Major League Wrestling.

WWE claims that MLW’s attempts to oppose WWE’s dismissal request lack truth and contradict themselves.

They also highlighted MLW’s recent announcements of multiple new agreements with FITE, asserting that MLW’s antitrust claims were contradictory.

The hearing regarding WWE’s motion to dismiss is scheduled for June 15th.
