Bret Hart Gets Canada Walk of Fame Star
Bret ‘The Hitman’ Hart will be honored at a ceremony in Toronto this week to unveil his sidewalk star in the Canada Walk of Fame.
Hart is the first professional wrestler inducted in Canada's Walk of Fame, which credits Hart for changing the landscape of the wrestling business in the early 1990s and describes him as one of the best performers to ever lace up a pair of boots.
Wes Lee Sets NXT Title Record
At 211 days and counting, Wes Lee is the longest-reigning NXT North American Champion.
Lee won the North American Championship at Halloween Havoc in October 2022.
His next title defense is scheduled for NXT Battleground this Sunday, where he will face Tyler Bate and Joe Gacy in a Triple Threat match.

AXS TV will broadcast a documentary on former Impact Wrestling World Champion Josh Alexander titled “Diary: Josh Alexander”, on June 1st.

Gulf Shores, Alabama Declares Tyrus Day
The city of Gulf Shores, Alabama named May 19th "Tyrus-NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion Day" in honor of his accomplishments as NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion, as well as his prominence on the Fox News late-night panel show "Gutfeld!" where he's a panelist and co-host.
Gulf Shores also praised Tyrus for "providing a positive image and illustrating in his own life how perseverance, loyalty, dedication and hard work can lead to a successful future".
