Braun Strowman Undergoes Spinal Surgery
Former WWE Universal Champion Braun Strowman confirmed via Instagram that he underwent a level one fusion of his C4 and C5 vertebrae last week. It has not been publicly reported when and how Strowman suffered this injury.
Strowman thanked the doctors at Andrews Sports Medicine in the post and admitted that it was scary to learn that he required the surgery, but vows to return to WWE action as soon as possible.

Drew McIntyre Becomes US Citizen
Former WWE Champion Drew McIntyre recently became an official Naturalized US Citizen, according to a recent report from PWInsider.
McIntyre reportedly completed the process sometime during his recent time away from television to handle some personal affairs.
McIntyre is currently involved in publicized contract negotiations with WWE, of which there have been no recent updates.

Dark Side of the Ring’s Future Confirmed Amid Vice Bankruptcy
Vice TV’s Dark Side of the Ring will continue with future production plans, even though VICE Media is currently in official Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.
The show’s co-creator Evan Hussney spoke with ComicBook.com and assured them that the TV channel Vice TV is a separate entity from Vice Media, and therefore business is operating as usual.
Hussney said “We're good to go and we want to keep going and we have plans to."

Wrestling Ratings Site Changes Policy to Combat AEW vs WWE Tribalism
Popular wrestling match ratings website Cagematch.net announced recently that they will change their system of rating events and matches to combat an increase in WWE vs AEW tribalism from fans and website users.
Cagematch.net, who has been cataloging and rating pro wrestling events and matches for over 20 years, allows fans to rate the shows they attended.
The new change the site will now implement is a time constraint that will not allow those fans to rate an event until at least noon the following day, as opposed to immediately following the event, as they typically did.
The site says they feel this will cause a reduction in overall number of ratings, but that it will reduce the number of false ratings from what they called online “trolls”.
