AEW All Out Will Take Place One Week After All In

AEW Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer Megha Parekh confirmed this week on the ‘A2theK’ podcast that AEW intends to put on their annual ‘All Out’ Pay Per View as scheduled this year, even though the company will be putting on a special pay per view, ‘All In’ in Wembly Stadium only one week prior to ‘All Out’.

Until this confirmation there was speculation that ‘All Out’ would be replaced this year with the ‘All In’ pay per view.

Lawsuit Pending Over WWE/Endeavor Merger?

A law firm that specializes in shareholder litigation, including derivative actions, mergers and acquisitions cases, securities fraud class actions, and corporate investigations, has issued a press release saying they are interested in filing a lawsuit over the recent news of the WWE/Endeavor merger.

The press release states that Julie & Holleman LLP is investigating potential legal claims regarding the fairness of the merger terms and potential conflicts of interest.

The press release says Endeavor’s private equity firm Silver Lake may have interests that diverge from other shareholders’ interests, and it could be using its controlling stake to extract unfair benefits.

Julie & Holleman is also concerned that the proposed merger might have driven the recent Endeavor sale of IMG to another private equity firm.

The pickles that MJF was promoting on this week’s AEW Dynamite episode are legitimately available for pre-order through Kaylin and Kaylin pickles who announced a line of limited-edition jars featuring the reigning AEW World Champion.

The flavors include MJF’s Spicy Devils, MJF’s Better Than Your Dill, and MJF’s Champion Chips.

Pre-orders are now available and the products will ship between May 15 and June 30.

Twisted Metal Series Featuring Samoa Joe Premiere Date Revealed

A television series of Sony’s video game Twisted Metal, featuring Samoa Joe, will be airing on Peacock beginning July 27, according to Game Informer.

Samoa Joe plays the physical role of the character Sweet Tooth, although actor Will Arnett will voice the character.

Peacock Gains Subscribers, Loses Money

NBC Universal’s Peacock streaming service, home to the WWE Network, suffered a $704 million dollar loss in the first quarter of 2023, according to CNBC this week.

This is a 54% increase to the $456 million dollar loss the service suffered in quarter one of 2022, despite seeing an increase of 22 million subscribers, a 60% increase from quarter one of 2022.
